What is rapid transformational therapy (RTT)?

Why is it “RAPID” transformational therapy?

Most therapy takes years going around in circles talking about feelings. Trying to root out something that is deeply embedded into the subconscious with regular, conscious thought.

The “rapid transformational therapy” does all of that in 1-3 sessions – getting to the root cause of the problem and helping you shift it within 1 month instead of YEARS.

What is the difference between RTT and traditional therapy?

Not only is RTT a whole lot faster, it works with far more layers than traditional therapy. Traditional therapy works primarily with the thoughts you think regularly throughout the day.

RTT works not only with your conscious thought, but also with the deep rooted beliefs you created when you were younger as a response to your experience with the world around you.

It’s like the difference between constantly nagging on your kids to remember to put their clothes away. But then one day you finally move the set of drawers to see a giant spider that’s been scaring the kids away from putting their clothes away all along.

This process is one of uncovering beliefs you have created throughout your life and clearing those thoughts out quickly. Getting you back to the place where we so fully believe in yourselves and your “superpowers”.

For truly, those experiences we had with our “spiders” or “shadows” is not what really caused the issues, but rather the meaning we attached to that experience. (i.e. spiders are scary and can hurt me so run away).

We all carry this weight of who we “should” be based off these experiences and meanings. Yet, often times, we think the reason is external (some one else’s fault, not enough money, not enough time) when really it is self-sabotage caused by some core belief.

We all have our own beliefs that affect our lives. RTT goes in, finds the memories you have attached a meaning to that are keeping you stuck.

How did you get into rapid transformational therapy?

Kellie started out working as a relationship coach for women, but in working with one specific client, Kellie realized that the lasting change just wasn’t coming.

Kellie actually found RTT on a sweaty walk with a double stroller, 8 months pregnant with her 5th child. She stumbled across RTT and realized that she struck gold when she found Marissa Peer’s program and knew it would change the life of every client she has ever worked with.

Coaching business has never been the same since learning how to use RTT methods. The transformation from just 1 RTT session gets clients far more traction than any coaching program before.

Mixing RTT with tactical planning has been the magical combination.

Kellie also shares with us the 2 major rules of the mind that RTT works with:

  1. The mind responds to 2 things:
    1. The pictures we have in our mind.
    2. The words we tell ourselves (the self-talk).
  2. The mind loves what is familiar. (the last 20 minutes of RTT)

How do you use RTT in your business now?

The first 1 hr 40 minutes of a session are focused around finding the belief that is keeping you stuck. The last 20 minutes is making the old/negative unfamiliar and the new/positive familiar.

95% of Kellie’s work is done virtually through computer and a video working primarily with anxiety, depression, weight loss and relationships.
